Guidance, not a quote
Everything on this site, including the Walk the Block tool, gives general guidance only. The tool returns a plain-language sense of scale, not a quotation, and no price exists for any job until we've seen it in person and agreed one with you. The figure agreed on-site before work begins is the only figure that binds either of us.
Availability
"Same-day where we can" means exactly that: an offer we often meet, not a guarantee. Booking times depend on the season and the day, and we'll always be straight about what's possible when you enquire.
What we take on
We accept jobs at our discretion and within the law: asbestos, chemical, liquid and clinical waste are for licensed specialists and we'll decline them and say why. Where this site describes disposal practices, it describes the standard we work to; the specifics of any job are confirmed when we quote it.
Content and imagery
Some images on this site are illustrative, stock or generated, and depict the kind of work and place we serve rather than a specific past job. Local facts are given in good faith with sources linked where they matter; external rules, like council collection entitlements, change, and the linked authority is always the current source, not our summary of it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law guarantees which nothing here excludes, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on this site's general content, as distinct from work we've quoted and performed.
