The fridge that died on Sunday, the mattress from the spare room, the lounge nobody sat on, the trampoline the kids outgrew. One call, one fixed price, and it's carried out by people who still close the gate behind them.
What rides on the truck

| Fridge, washer, dryer | White goods are a regulated stream. They ride with us to a licensed facility for degassing and metal recovery, never into a general load. |
| Mattress | Its own recycling stream too. Springs and foam get recovered rather than landfilled where a facility takes them. |
| Old TV, computers, cables | E-waste can't lawfully go to general waste in NSW. It rides separately to an e-waste facility. |
| Lounge, wardrobe, bed base | Straight onto the truck. Anything genuinely rehomeable goes to charity where it'll be accepted first. |
| The mixed pile | The garage-corner special: boxes, offcuts, a broken chair, three bags of who-knows. We sort it on the truck so each stream ends up where it should. |
| Asbestos, chemicals, clinical | Not ours to take. These need a licensed specialist and we'll say so straight, rather than load a problem onto your conscience or ours. |

Faster than the cleanup queue, when it matters
Ku-ring-gai's booked cleanup is the right answer for plenty of pickups, and if your pile fits its rules we'll happily tell you to save your money. Where we're the right answer: the tenant's out Saturday, the inspection is Tuesday, you've used the year's bookings, the pile's over three cubic metres, or the fridge simply can't sit in the hallway another day. Same-day where we can, always as an offer and never a promise we'd break.
We carry from where it stands: down the internal stairs, out the side gate, up the steep drive. You don't lift anything, and you don't kerb anything the night before.
